For those who don't like mayo, this cabbage salad is fantastically easy, tasty and always a hit at potlucks! It's also a great alternative to that oily asian salad with ramen noodles. Ingredients

    1/2 small head of cabbage, chopped/shredded (4.5" diameter)
    2 Tbsp sesame oil
    2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp rice vinegar
    2 Tbsp sesame seeds
    3 green onions, chopped (about 1/4 cup)

Directions

shred head of cabbage, put in large bowl
in small bowl mix: sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar
pour over cabbage
add sesame seeds and green onions
mix
chill for 1 hour
