Introduction

Ingredients

    8oz pkg of noodles (uncooked)
    8oz block of cream cheese - softened
    2 cups of Milk
    3 tbsp flour
    1/4 cup of butter
    (1) 8oz bag of shredded cheese
    4oz of baked or boiled ham

Directions

This makes 13 1 cup servings

Dice ham into bite size pieces

Prepare noodles according to directions on noodle box

When noodles have been cooked place them in a 9" x 13" pan and mix in the ham pieces...

Then while the noodles are cooking.....

Melt butter in a saucepan
Add Flour and mix
Add Cream cheese and Milk
When this is mixed throughly then stir in the shredded cheese
When ingredients are well mixed then pour over noodles and mix sauce and noodles well

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees

Cool and serve
