Ingredients

1/2 c non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
1/2 c confectioner's sugar
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
For each batch of oatmeal:
2/3 c quick-cooking oatmeal
1/3-1/2 c boiling water

1. combine the first seven ingredients and mix well:
store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months; this will make about 9 servings of oatmeal.
2. To prepare: Combine oats and 2 tablespoons of oatmeal spice mix; add enough boiling water until oatmeal is desired consistency.
3. Sprinkle with additional brown sugar if desired.
