Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped White onion
    4 hard boiled eggs
1 can of tuna in water
2 tbsp Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil

Directions

1. Boil eggs in water until done. This normally takes about 30 minutes. The shells will crack when the egg is done.

2. Let eggs cool by running them until cold water.

3. While Eggs are cooling, chop 1/4 cup of white onion. Use more or less depending on your taste.

4. Place chopped onion, tuna, and mayo in mixing bowl.

5. After eggs have cooled, remove the shell. Place the hard boiled eggs in mixture.*** I normally do not let the eggs cool down. I simple run them under cold water while shelling so they are cold enough for me to touch. ***

6. You can use a knife to chop up the eggs but I just use a fork to mash the eggs. Then mix all ingredients thoroughly. Serve between two pieces of bread.

if you prefer mustard, add the mustard to the sandwich or mixture to your liking. I normally also add 1 stalk of chopped up celery for more of a crunch but I was out of celery when I made this recipe last.
