Ingredients

    3 rashers of bacon
    1 egg
    1/6 cup of self-raising flour
    2 scallions chopped
    10 grams of sundried tomatoes
    180 grams of creamed corn

Directions

Chop bacon, tomatoes and scallions. Mix all ingredients together, season. Heat non stick pan and spoon mixture in. Cook on one side for 4-5 minutes then turn. Serve with avocado and grilled tomatoes. Delicious!
