Introduction
I love chips of all kinds, but that doesn't mean they're all created equal! The best part about these chips is its the perfect way to use up corn tortillas. I use them in tacos and enchiladas, but when they're leftover, these are perfect! I love chips of all kinds, but that doesn't mean they're all created equal! Ingredients
-
Ingredients:
* Corn Tortillas, 2 small (60 cals each)
* Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
* Garlic, .5 tsp
* Salt, 1 tsp
* Lemon or lime juice/sprinkles (optional)
* *Canola Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut each tortilla into triangles. I use 8 but 6 works fine.
Spray pan with cooking spray lightly. Lay chips flat on pan. Spray lightly then season. Do the same on opposite side.
Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes (depending on how you like them) and WATCH them because all ovens are different. Mine are done in approximately 10-12 minutes.
Remove, cool and enjoy!
