Ingredients

    12 oz elbow macaroni
    1/2 med head cauliflower cut into bite sized florettes
    2 cups broccoli cut into bite sized florettes
    2/3 jar Trader Joe's Julienned Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
    24 Kalamata olives
    full recipe of cilantro pesto (separate recipe)

Directions

Boil pasta to al dente. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender, but not falling apart. Slice olives if desired or just leave them whole.
Drain pasta and vegetables,
Mix pesto into the pasta. When well combined, add everything else. Stir a few more times and serve.
