Ingredients

    2 cups water
    Bag and 1/2 of baby spinach
    8 Roma Tomatoes - slice
    Add 1 cup water
    Add 1 cup Brown rice
    Add 1 pouch Taco Seasoning mix
    1 - 27 ounce Dark Red Kidney Beans - rinse well
    1 - 26.5 ounce Black Beans



Directions

In big pot place first 3 ingredients and cook down for 20 minutes.

Add the next 2 ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add final 3 ingredients and cook for 10 more minutes.

Serve.

Makes about 9 - 1 cup servings
