Ingredients

    6 Eggs scrambled (not cooked)
    2 cups cheddar shredded
    2 cups milk 2%
    1 pound bulk pork sausage browned and drained
    8 slices whole wheat bread torn into cubes
    salt, pepper to taste
    1 teaspoon mustard

Directions

Mix all together and let set overnight in fridge. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes until set in 9x13 glass dish. 12 servings.
