Ingredients

    2 pounds Hamburger
    8 medium potatoes - mashed
    2 cans cream of Mushroom soup
    12 oz frozen corn
    8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Makes 12 servings.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown hamburger, then mix with cream of mushroom soup. While hamburger is browning, boil potatoes to mash. Grease bottom of large glass cake pan, spread hamburger mixture in bottom of pan. Spread a layer of frozen corn over hamburger mixture, then cover that with mashed potatoes. Grate cheddar cheese over top of mixture. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

    If you want to cut down on calories use mashed califlower instead of potatoes, and low fat cheese. Just as yummy! - 1/2/10

    WE DON,T MAKE OURS WITH CORN, INSTEAD USE FRENCHSTYLE GREENBEANS OR FROZEN PEAS AND CARROTS. THIS IS MORE TRADITIONAL AND THE GLYCEMIC INDEX IS BETTER THAN CORN. - 1/3/10

    I make mine with Golden Mushroom soup, its very good. Will try with Cream of mushroom and see which is better - 1/1/10
