    1 Package of Stove Top Stuffing for Chicken
    1 1/2lb boneless skinless chicken breast ( cut into small pieces)
    1 cup of broccoli chopped
    1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup of non fat milk
    1 cup of cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook stuffing mix using the box directions. Set aside.
In a med. sized baking dish, add chopped broccoli, chicken, soup, milk and cheddar. Stir together.
On top of chicken mixture, add a layer of the stuffing mix.
Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve with a salad and enjoy!

    I used 2 cups of broccoli and 98% fat free cream of chicken soup. It was delicious and my husband loved it. I will definitely be making this again - 1/15/16
