    1 Package of Stove Top Stuffing for Chicken
    1 1/2lb boneless skinless chicken breast ( cut into small pieces)
    1 cup of broccoli chopped
    1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup of non fat milk
    1 cup of cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook stuffing mix using the box directions. Set aside.
In a med. sized baking dish, add chopped broccoli, chicken, soup, milk and cheddar. Stir together.
On top of chicken mixture, add a layer of the stuffing mix.
Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve with a salad and enjoy!

  • I just finished this dish for dinner. It was soooo good. I precooked the chicken and used low fat soup, Becel margerine in the stuffing, and 2% cheddar. I will be adding more broccoli next time. Yum! - 1/9/10

  • Yummy! The whole family enjoyed it. I left out the spread in the stuffing and just used the water. I precooked the chicken on the stovetop in 1/2 c water and 1/2 can of the soup. Added salt, pepper, and tarragon to the chicken mix. Added chicken mix to top of stuffing and added 1/4 c of cheese. - 1/6/10

  • This recipe was a big hit with my family!! I couldn't find the regular cream of chicken soup so I went with the low fat one...and added Promise spread to the stuffing, it was so yummy! I used fresh broccoli. I will definitely be making this one again!! - 1/4/10
