Ingredients

    6 TBLS. of pureed white northern beans
    6 TBLS. Fat Free Miracle Whip
    1 TSP. celery seed
    1/4 C. oat bran
    1 TBLS. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (16 ounce) bag pre-washed cole slaw mix
    2 green onions, chopped

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the bean puree, mayo, celery seed, oat bran, sugar, and salt and pepper. Add the cole slaw mix and toss well. Garnish with green onions. Serve chilled.
