Ingredients

    one pound ground Buffalo
    1 can rotel
    1 can Kidney beans
    Spices (cumin, garlic powder, chili powder)
    small white onion diced
    4 tbs shredded cheese

Directions

Brown buffalo and onion. Drain beans and wash, add to pan. Add tomatoes, 1/2 can of water and spices. Divide into 4 bowls and top with 1 TBS cheese each.
