Introduction
Tastes great over raviolis or any type of pasta! Tastes great over raviolis or any type of pasta!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
8oz white mushrooms, cut in quaters
1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 lb lean ground Turkey
28 oz can Italian peeled tomatoes
1 tsp Italian herbs seasoning
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a large nonsick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms,onion and garlic cook about 5 minutes stirring often, until onions are soft. Remove mixture. Add Turkey to skillet and break up with a wooden spoon until cooked. Add the mushroom mixture and rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat , cover and simmer for 15 to 20 min. until sauce has thickened and flavors are blended. Enjoy!!
