    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 tbsp sea salt
    1 1/4 cups water


Mix Flours and salt together in a large bowl. Slowly add the water. Mix with your hands until you get a nice big dough ball. Knead dough for a few minutes. Split into 16 equal pieces. Roll each piece flat (about the size of a small pancake.) Using a nonstick pan on high heat, cook each piece, one at a time, for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side. Makes 16 pieces.

    This really was easy! It is so much cheaper than the store-bought ones and I can read all the ingredients (only THREE!!!). It is an instant favourite for lunch! - 2/6/08
