Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast
    1 box bow tie pasta
    2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sundried tomatoes (julienne cut, in oil)
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Cook pasta until desired tenderness and add butter if desired. When draining pasta keep about a 1/4 cup of the water
2. In a large mixing bowl toss the spinach, sundried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese until well mixed
3. While pasta is still warm, toss into spinach mixture and toss.
4. Add pasta water slowly to wither the leaves. a 1/4 cup may be too much so keep an eye on things so they do not become watered down too much.
5. Serve with whatever salad dressing you desire (this was not included in calculations)
