Introduction

Made this on a whim and it tasted amazing. I cooked it all at once which made it easy and yummy, but I'm sure someone with more patience might find even more flavor if they blanched the leeks separately and then added them to the rest. I served this as one serving aside miso soup. Made this on a whim and it tasted amazing. Ingredients

    1 cup chopped leeks white and light green parts
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 chopped clove garlic
    1 tsp fresh grated ginger root
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    3 tbsp water

Directions

heat sesame oil in skillet
add sesame seeds, garlic, leeks, ginger, vinegar and water.
sautee stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed
sautee further until leeks and sesame seeds are browned
then eat!
