Ingredients



    1 fillet of salmon with skin on one side
    1 lime (slice)
    3 cloves of garlic (slice)
    1/4 of a small onion (rings)
    1 sprig of fresh rosemary
    Pinch of kosher salt
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions

1 fillet will serve 2 people.

1. Preheat oven to 425 F
2. Get parchment paper or foil and cut a big enough piece to make a pouch for the salmon fillet
3. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
4. Place slamon fillet on parchment paper and add koesher salt and fresh ground pepper.
5. Take rosemary off of the sprig and place all over the fillet
6. Drizzle with olive oil, to lower the calories even further use just a teaspoon of the EVOO.
7. Place garlic, lime, and onion slices on the fillet in that order.
8. Close the parchment paper or foil and fold over to make a pouch.
9. Place in preheated oven for only 15 minutes.
10. You're done, serve with 7 spears of asparagus and 2 oz. of pasta sprinkled with a butter seasoning (0 calories, great butter flavor).
