Ingredients

    1 cup Long Grain Brown Rice
    2 tsps Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt
    2 1/2 cups Water

Directions

Toast Rice in dry skillet about 10 mins (until nicely browned)
Heat water, salt, oil
Put all ingredients in 2 qt covered casserole.
Bake 60 mins
Fluff with a fork.

Makes 4 cups of cooked rice. 8 - 1/2 cup servings
