    Whole Wheat Flour - 1/2 Cup
    Salt - 2 Dashes
    Pepper - 2 Dashes
    Garlic Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
    Egg - 1 Medium


Use the egg to wet the Pulpo and coat with mixture of flour, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Fry in just a little olive oil.
