Ingredients

    butternut squash, 1 medium, cubed
    onion, chopped
    garlic, chopped
    Veg. "Chicken" strips, 12 oz.
    Veg. "bacon" strip, 1 piece.
    Vegetable broth, 1 can (14 oz)
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 can ( 14 oz.)

Directions

makes 6, 1.5 cup servings
Cook rice separately, when cooked, add to stew.
