Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 1 pound
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mixed Vegetables, canned, 2 cups
    Cut Green Beans, 2 cups
    Potato, raw, 1 large diced
    Diced Canned Tomatoes, 2 cups
    Salt, 1 tsp.
    A1 steak Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Brown ground beef in dutch oven. Add other ingredents. Bring to boil then turn down and let simmer until all ingredents are well done. This can be separated into individual servings of one and one half cups and frozen.
