Ingredients

    10 oz spinach fresh or frozen
    pie crust ready to bake
    4 eggs
    3 scallions
    6 oz feta
    6 oz cottage cheese 1 %
    3 oz light cream or half & half
    3 tbs olive oil
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    black pepper
    1/4 tsp dried oregano
    1/8 tsp dried basil

Directions

saute spinach, scallion and garlic in olive oil,
beat eggs, cream, cheeses, oregano, pepper and basil together. Then add spinach mixture.
pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes or until done.
