A yummy salad I made when in a rush! A yummy salad I made when in a rush!

Ingredients

    - 20 Baby Carrots
    - 2 celery
    - 2 table spoons of dried cranberries
    - 1 table spoon of low fat mayo
    - lemon juice
    - Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

You cut the baby carrots and celery into bite size pieces, mix all the ingredients together and wella! You have yourself a healthy lunch for 1!
