Ingredients

    32 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cans rotel tomatoes
    1/4 c natural peanut butter
    1/2 c chicken broth
    1 dark beer
    Salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Directions

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder and place in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour beer over chicken and start crockpot. Place peanut butter in the microwave just long enough to melt and heat the rotel tomatoes in a separate dish; wisk together and pour over chicken. Dish can cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
