Ingredients

1 Cup Splenda
1/2 Cup Margarine
2 large eggs
4 Medium bananas
2 Cups Gluten Free Mama Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
2 TBS Sour Milk (1 tsp vinegar in 2TBS Milk can be used)
Directions
Cream the splenda & butter. Add eggs mix well. Add Bananas & sour milk. Mix Flour & Baking Soda together then mix with banana mixture.
Put in a 24 count - mini muffin pan. Bake at 350.
Makes 48 mini muffins.
