Introduction

This is so delicious and tastes just like a chocolate banana milk shake!!!!! This is so delicious and tastes just like a chocolate banana milk shake!!!!!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. Chocolate Milk
    1/2 c. 1% Milk
    1/2 c. Silhouette Vanilla Yogurt
    2 Scoops Biggest Loser Chocolate Whey Powder
    1 Large Banana
    2 c. Ice

Directions

Place all ingredients EXCEPT for 1c. of Ice in the blender and blend until smooth then add the additional cup of ice and blend!

trust me, save the cup of ice until the end and this will taste just like a banana milkshake!

You can freeze whatever you dont use and reblend throughout the day.

Makes 3 (2 cup) servings

    Very Good
    This is sooooo tasty! It really does taste like a milkshake! I am using the ice trick with my other shake recipes! Also tried this adding in some coffee, soooo good and an excellent morning pick-me up! who needs Starbucks! - 3/28/10
