Introduction

I saw this on biggest loser. Curtis Stone used Rosemary sticks and honey mustard to season some baked chicken chunks. The rosemary sticks were for skewering the chicken. Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
    1/3rd cup of honey
    1/4 cup of mustard (brown works best)
    1tbsp of rosemary
    1tsp of garlic

Directions

Mix honey, mustard, and rosemary until blended and then poor over the chicken.

Bake at 400 until done.
