Introduction

I have made this pizza dough for years. Very good rise if making deep dish. You can roll it out for thin crust too, I have made this pizza dough for years. Very good rise if making deep dish. You can roll it out for thin crust too,
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 ox. water, 90-100 degrees F
    2 Tblsp Vegetable Oil
    2 cups flour
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast

Directions

Stir yeast into warm water with 1/4 tsp sugar to proof. In mixer fitted with dough hook add flour, sugar, salt and oil. Mix on low and add yeast mixture in a stream. Mix until combined and dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Check dough. If too dry add water 1 tblsp at a time til dough comes together. If too sticky, add flour 1 tblsp at a time until dough is not sticky. Press into deep dish pizza pan or press onto round pizza pan or rectangular cookie sheet for thin dough. Top with canned pizza dough and your favorite toppings. Bake at 350 F til brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
