Ingredients

    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
    1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
    2-3 ice cubes
    Sugar to taste (or artificial sweetener)

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender with a few ice cubes and whirl until thoroughly blended. Makes 12-oz glass.
