Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound haddock fillet
    1 T. olive oil
    1/4 cup mayonnaise (Kraft fat free mayo is used here)
    1 T. dijon style mustard.
    3 T. grated parmesan cheese
    pepper

Directions

Place fillets on lightly greased broiler pan
Brush fillets lightly with oil
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and parmesan cheese
Spread on fillets
Broil 4" from heat approximately 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is close to point of flakiness.

    Very Good
    This was good but I am not sure I like parmesean with the dijon. I may use this again. My DH really enjoyed it. - 4/29/13
