Ingredients

    Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large
    Salsa, 1 tbsp
    1 medium courgette chunky cubed
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato sliced
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, small sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 small sliced

Directions

chop and cube all veg and placeon to skewer then place under grill for approx 10 mins untill cooked open warmed pitta ,spread salsa inside add lettuce add all cooked veg sit back relax and enjoy homemade kebab( lush)

i like this kebab more than the meat one as the salsa seems to bring out the flavours of the vegs
