Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
    Olive Oil, 1/8 cup
    Lemons, 2 (squeezed and strained)
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Tahini, 2 tbsp
    Water, 1/2 cup
    Paprika, 1/2 tsp

Directions

Put all in food processor or really powerful blender and blend well. Refrigerate. Makes about 2.5 cups (10 1/4 cup servings)
