I made up this recipe one day just to see if it would work, and ended up loving it. Works great if you're having a craving for mac and cheese but don't want to spend too many calories on it. Ingredients

    1/2 cup dry whole wheat elbow macaroni OR rotini pasta

    1 slice Kraft 2% milk sharp cheddar singles

Directions

Boil pasta, then drain and return pasta to pot. Add slice of cheese and stir quickly until cheese melts and covers all the pasta.

You may also use the Kraft 2% milk pepperjack singles, or American, if you wish.
