Ingredients

# Beef, round steak, 16 oz
# Garlic, 3 cloves
# 1 large Yellow Pepper, sliced
# Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices
# *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .33 tbsp
# Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped
# Onions, raw, .33 cup, sliced
# *Trader Joe's Organic Reduced Sugar Strawberry Preserves, 1 tbsp
# Salt, 2 dash
Directions
cut the round steak into strips.
Heat the oil in a large skillet, over medium high heat. cook the strips of beef until browned, with the 2 dashes of salt.
Add the garlic, onions, peppers, shallots and mushrooms.
Continue to cook until veggies are tender.
add the preserves and a couple TBSP of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
