Ingredients

    molasses 1T
    honey1T
    oil 1/4 cup
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c yogurt
    1 cup ww flour
    3/4 c white flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    2.5 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup wheat germ

Directions

Mix together wets. Sift together flours and leaven mix in wheat germ Lightly combine wet to dry ingredients. Bake about 40 to 50 minutes at 375 degrees.

    This turned out yummy! Thanks for sharing! I used a peach yogurt that was high in protein. I would use a little less baking powder next time though. - 5/27/10
