Ingredients

    5 cups egg noodles
    2 tsp evoo
    1 med yellow onion
    1 tbs flour
    2 cups milk
    1.3 cups frozen peas
    1/2 cups broccoli
    2 cans solid white tuna
    1/8 cup sour cream
    1/4 tsp spicy brown mustard
    s&p

    .7 oz romano cheese (between an 1/8 and 1/4 grated. divide among servings)


Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Saute onion in evoo
Add flour, combine
Slowly add milk, letting it thicken
Add peas and broccoli
Add tuna
Add sour cream
Add salt, pepper, mustard

Drain pasta and pour into sauce. Top with grated cheese.
