Ingredients

    1 Package of Frozen Broccoli Stir Fry
    1 Pound of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into chunks
    1 Cup of Teriyaki Sauce
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Cups of Brown Rice

Directions

Put 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet. Cut chicken into chunks and cook in skillet until fully cooked. Cook rice as directed on the package. When the chicken is almost done, cook frozen vegetables in a large skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil. When vegetables are almost done, add chicken and 1 cup of teriyaki sauce. Serve over rice.
