Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 pkgs Reames frozen egg noodles (16 oz/7 servings ea)
    8 oz fresh carrots, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 T garlic with parsley
    1 T sea salt
    1-2 T black pepper

Directions

Place chicken and seasonings in large kettle filled 2/3 with water; bring to boil. Meanwhile, chop carrots and celery. Add to pot along with noodles. Stir and bring back to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer until noodles and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
