Introduction

Got this from my friend, I omitted the beans in this recipe, because I am allergic to them. Got this from my friend, I omitted the beans in this recipe, because I am allergic to them.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast
    1 15 oz can corn or hominey
    1 1/4 oz taco seasoning
    4 1/2 oz chopped green chilis
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (red fat)
    14 oz can chicken broth
    1/2 c sour cream

Directions

Place chicken (can be frozen) in crock pot. Top with corn. Mix taco seasoning, chilis, broth and soup together in bowl and pour on top. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. Before serving, break up chicken and add sour cream and stir. Can top with cheese and green onions, just adjust calories.

    I made this for our church's Annual Chili Cook-off since I don't like beans or tomatoes. It took 2nd place. I grilled the chicken and used Jalepeno's instead of green chili's. Added red pepper and onion. Also added crushed red pepper and 1/8 of a teaspoon of habenaro sauce. - 2/24/13
