    1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2 to 3 limes); 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 clove garlic finely chopped; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root; 1 tsp Dijon style mustard; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp ground black pepper; 6 mahi mahi steaks or fillets about 1" thick


Makes 6 servings of approximately 4 oz each. Grill on outside grill or in oven.
