    1 Pork Loin (2-3 lbs)
    24-oz jar unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup brown sugar (1/2 if using sweetened applesauce)
    1 Tbsp cinnamon


Put the pork loin in the bottom of the crock pot. Top with applesauce, brown sugar, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
