Introduction

Ingredients

2 1/2 pound chicken breast cut into bite size peices
3 cups water
1 cup celery
2 cups carrots
1/2 cup chopped scallion
3 teaspoon garlic
1 tsp. dill
1 tbsp oregano
1- 16 oz. bag potatoe gnocchi
1 cup fat free half and half
2 tblsp cornstarch
Directions
Spray crockpot with cooking spray and leave heat. in the mean time cut chicken into bite size peices, dice vegtables up, and measure out seasonings. Add all to pot EXCEPT:
Gnocchi.fat free half and half and cornstarch. leave cook at medium to high heat until vegtables are tender.Add gnocchi and leave cook for about 10 minutes. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of half and half and add to pot stirring frequently until thickened. Add remainder of half and half and heat to serving tempreture keeping lid off to prevent curdling. makes 10 - 1 cup servings.
