Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 140 grams
    Broccoli, fresh, 120 grams
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Onion, red, 45 grams
    Bean sprouts, 1.5 cup
    Almonds, .33 cup, sliced
    Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised, 4.5 oz
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Orange Juice, 1 fl oz
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

Chop or slice all vegetables into bite-sized pieces; cut pork into one-inch cubes. Spray skillet or wok with non-stick spray, heat to medium or medium-high. Add vegetables, bean sprouts and pork to wok. Combine honey, soy sauce, orange juice and ginger; pour over vegetables. Cook on medium, stirring often, until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked.

Serve over brown or white rice.
