Introduction

Because of my schedule, I usually have to make a choice between going to work out (and then eating fast food) or going home to make a good meal (and missing my workout). By making this meal on the weekends, I no longer have this dilemma! Ingredients

    4 c brown rice
    1 bag stir fry vegetables (1 lb)
    3 chicken breasts, cut up
    teriyaki marinade

Directions

Marinade chicken pieces in teriyaki marinade at least 4 hours (overnight is best). Cooke rice as instructed. Bake chicken in oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until no longer pink. Steam vegetables. Mix all together, and enjoy!
