    1 pkg. Jell-o brand Fat Free/Sugar Free Instant Pudding, Cheesecake flavor
    1 c. Nonfat Cottage Cheese
    1/4 c. Lime Juice
    1 3/4 c. Skim Milk
    1/2 c. Blueberries
    6 tbsp. Cool Whip Free


Beat pudding mix with milk until thickened (about 2 min). Puree cottage cheese in blender or food processor until smooth. Stir cottage cheese and lime juice into pudding. Spoon into six 4 oz. custard dishes. Top with whipped topping and blueberries. Serve chilled.
