    680g pork tenderloin
    220g mushrooms, canned, undrained
    400ml beef broth
    280g cream of mushroom soup
    28g dry Onion soup mix


Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork tenderloin on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker. Sprinkle with Onion soup mix.
Add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
Cook for 10 hours on low.
