Introduction

This recipe taste just as great as regular chili but its made with ground venison in place of ground beef which is much healthier. This recipe taste just as great as regular chili but its made with ground venison in place of ground beef which is much healthier.

Ingredients

    1 lb ground venison
    1 Tbs minced garlic
    1 Tbs chili powder (add more to taste)
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp salt
    1-15 oz can ranch style beans
    1-14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes

Directions

Brown meat
pour in remaining ingredients
bring to a boil
reduce heat and simmer 30 min
stir occasionally
add water to thin

top with shredded cheese, crackers, chopped onions...
