Introduction

I changed up a "BLT Salad" recipe on a Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon. I switched out some types of ingredients that was called for! This makes 4 servings (2 servings make a meal!) Ingredients

    2 pkgs of Dole Spring Mix (5oz), torn into bite size pieces

    1 plum tomato - chopped

    1 small cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced

    1 cup of Great Value Finely Shredded Italian Style Cheese

    8 slices of Jennie-O Turkey Extra Lean Bacon - crisped cooked & crumbled

    Dressing:
    1/3 Cup Hellman's Mayonaise (5.3 TBS)

    1/4 Cup Nonfat Milk

    1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Directions

Cook bacon according to package instructions - allow to cool - then crumble it.

Whisk in small bowl, mayo, milk & garlic - set aside.

In a large bowl, toss salad greens, chopped tomato, cucumber, cheese & bacon.

Drizzle with dressing, toss lightly to coat.

Makes 4 servings
