    1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice with seasoing packet (fast cooking)
    2 cans of Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 1/2 onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. Gwaltney Pork Sausage (40% Less Fat- Mild)
    9 thighs Chicken Thigh, Stewed, Skin and Bone removed
    3/4 cup Bread Crumbs Plain
    2 tbsp Butter


Cook Chicken thighs and save broth. Cook the rice in the broth from the thighs.

Brown sausage with the onions. Once cooked, mix with 2 cans of soup.

Grease casserole dish and spoon in soup and sausage mixture. Put chicken on top. Top chicken with rice. Put brown crumbs on top of rice. Put a few pats of butter on top of rice. Cook on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
